Yesterday around 8PM EST, we updated the base game's files (both browser and download) with a few changes. For people who have already downloaded the full game, you can simply download the latest patch and follow the provided instructions to update your version to 1.04.1 (you'll know it's active if you see the new version number in the left-hand corner when first launching the game). The notable updates are the following:

1. Adds the ability to alter the ending received in Epilogue through the Episode Select choices
2. Fixes some conditional text in Episode 38 related to collecting all herbs in Episode 26 (also adds a variable check in Episode 27 for this purpose)
3. Adds conditional text to the Merchant's Epilogue ending based on using his super-secret "real name", as well as changes some base text

We are also aware of an issue on the browser version, specifically in browsers like Chrome, where the game can soft-lock during transitions to the "radio" segments. These have been fixed, as best we can tell, but feel free to let us know if you continue to run into issues (and on which browsers). For a quick link to the browser version, check the game's website.

Additionally, we are aware of a problem with chapter preloading where the game will use too much memory when loading assets and freeze the ability to create new save files. Unfortunately, this is not something we can easily correct on our end, but if this happens, you can take the following steps to clear the memory:

1. Go to your <User> folder
2. Click on the View tab > show hidden items
3. Go into AppData > Local > tyranoscript > Local Storage
4. Remove the app_._0.localstorage (you might move the files elsewhere; the game should generate new ones on the next boot-up)
